Getting ready

  5. Set the audience window to full screen

The tab where your presentation was open becomes the audience view — anything on this tab is what attendees see. Click Enter full screen mode so your slides fill the shared view.

  6. Present from the presenter view

Because you shared the tab (not your whole screen), attendees only ever see the audience view — even if the presenter view overlaps it. Place the presenter view wherever is convenient and use it to advance slides and read your notes. When everything looks right, you're ready to go live.

Going live

Once your screen is shared and everything looks right, let attendees in with one click.

  1. Click the Join room button

In the top toolbar, click the blue Join room button. Up until now you have been invisible to attendees — this is the moment you go live.

Close the room cleanly once you've wrapped up.

  1. End the webinar when you're done
